Specifically in elevators which provide access to protected or private floors, the detection of persons or devices in the cabin is very important. The flexibility and functionality of our light grids ensure gapless surveillance.
Due to increasingly important security aspects, the monitoring of hoist way and cabin roof gains in importance.
Our measuring light grids are also being used to detect contours. E.g. in paint shops light grids are being used to minimize overspray and save costs by tracing contours. Even complex tasks can be handled by using our segmented version.

I-profile = Threaded bolts M4x10 mm distributed over the whole profile legth.
A-profile = Top: 4 threaded bolts M4x10 mm; Bottom: Spigot.
Z-profile = Drill groove in mounting chamber.
R-profile = Drill groove in mounting chamber.
Q-profile = Cross-holes Ø4,5 mm for flat assembly. Distributed over the whole profile length.
T-profile = Cross-holes (LS) or M4 threads at profile ends.

The monitoring height (MH) is being calculated from the chosen beam spacing (a) and the number of beams (n).
MH = a * (n – 1)
Our light grids sequentially analyse all beams and need a fix period of time per beam. The total period of time to analyse all beams and following output is defined as cycle time. Cycle time will thus increase with growing number of beams.

The profile length (L) is being calculated from monitoring height (MH)
and excess heights at the profile ends. Profiles are manufactured in steps
of full 10 mm and can also be ordered longer.
L = MH + X + Y
IP ratings are used to define levels of sealing effectiveness of electrical enclosures against intrusion from foreign bodies (tools, dirt etc) and moisture.
